Will the game be brought back to samsung in the future?

My device is 64 bit only problem is it's samsung galaxy. Will this issue be fixed or will you just let people who have this device and spent money on the game be scammed out of their money? Not everyone can just up and get a new device and a lot of people use samsung.

 

I am not an expert in this regard and I am not from Toram's technical team, but I will try to answer as best as I can.

Phones running Android 6 or lower can't be used to play Toram anymore. Not only that, some devices with "64-bit ARMv8-A (32-bit Mode)" such as Samsung Galaxy A6 are considered to have 32-bit systems rather than 64-bit. Check if your device has "(32-bit mode)" or not with bit checker apps like Aida64. If not, you might want to send an email to their customer support.

As far as I know, this isn't an issue according to Asobimo. In August and September, they announced that phones running Android 6.0 or lower and/or with 32-bit mode will not be able to play after the October update. To me, it seems more like they upgraded or will be upgrading graphics or game engine. Therefore, they discontinued support for older phones, as Toram likely won't be playable in those (in the long run).

I suggest finding alternatives to play Toram, such as emulators like Nox Android 9, if you really want to keep playing. Nox 9 works somewhat well on low-end PC with a minimum of 4GB RAM and 64-bit operating system.

Unfortunately it didn't because I already said my device is definitely 64 bit and not 32 bit, I checked. It's a problem with Galaxy series as a whole. It says here there is a screen glitch issue that freezes your whole phone when there is less signal. I experienced it myself and didn't mind as much because it was playable and know about soft reset. But now it isn't because they removed the ability to download and update it. Basically all I wanted to know is if they were going to fix it or abandon its players who use 64 bit Galaxy series which is one of the better and more popular mobile Androids out there.

as far as i remember, this has almost always been there, but the only glitch i experienced was "ghost players".
sometimes when players where passing through a map, an image of their avatar would remain near the exit, like a ghost.
this used to be a common bug in the old days, but when they fixed it they couldn't fix it on samsung galaxy devices.

i still have my old galaxy S6 (battery lasts only two hours).
it has android 7.0 and should barely meet the raised system requirements.
yet, when i open the game, i get a message that states it does not. i can still login and play, though.

 

You might want to send an email detailing your problems to their official customer support. Scroll down on that site and hit the red button. Describe what the problems are, your device specifications, model, and other important things in the email. If you can log in to the game, go to Menu > Orb Shop > Contact Us.

As others have said, the Samsung Galaxy series devices have unfixable graphical problems which may or may not cause freezes. This problem has been around since 2016.

Reported this last week as my J7 is 64 bit, yet play store isn't allowing the game to be updated.
Unfortunately, still no response.

Your information seems slightly incorrect.

 

It's not, they have it in their official faq as well. Either you won't be able to update or play it soon or you don't have a samsung galaxy series and a different type of Samsung. Or you rooted your phone and can download unsupported apps, there is no way to even download it from the play store or find it without a direct link from a web page and it still won't let you download or update, and won't let you play without updating. Since I deleted it I can't re-download it.

 

Already emailed them and no response. I can't re-download the game as I deleted it since I couldn't play without updating and it wouldn't let me do that either.

 

Not sure how, mine wouldn't let me play without updating it and I couldn't update it since it wasn't supported. Can't re-download either.

 

I emailed them and they ignored it. Game is a scam.

 

My phone is 100% part of the Samsung galaxy series and I have not rooted my device. The game still appears on play store, even after uninstalling and I also have no issues when it comes to updating the app.
