Xtal drop rate on ultimate difficulty?

0.012% on normal; 0.024% on hard; 0.048% on nightmare; 0.072% on Ultimate. That's what I know, not sure about the current patch though.

EDIT: 0.008% for normal; 0.016% for hard; 0.032% for nightmare; 0.064% for Ultimate.

 

My question is what about "Rare drop +1" under guild bonuses. Explicitly says "rare" so I'm presuming that included xtals too. Will it really increase Xtal drop rates by a flat 1%? That's honestly insane to me.

 

Yes, it will actually increases the flat drop rate by 1%. But drop rate books don't multiply the flat drop rate; the actual drop rate will be like this, e.g on Ultimate mode is 0.072%; with 1000% drop rate book and the +1 drop rate it would become : 0.072 x 1000/100 + 1 = 1.72% (that's too much).

Hmm so from what I understand, with no drop rate %, rare drop rate +1 will only increase the rate by the value of 0.1%?

 

No, It's 1% flat plus the base drop rate from Ultimate mode it would become like this.

0.072% + 1% = 1.072% without any luk stat or drop rate% skill.

With rare drop +2 it would be like this:

0.072% + 2% = 2.072% (that's was way too much for 72 hrs)

 

wouldn't that mean drop book is reducing the xtal drop rate?
for eg. i have a 50% drop book on so the drop rate of xtal would be 0.072 x 50/100 = 0.036

 

thats not how you multiply it, its suppose to be 0.072 x (1 + 50/100) = 0.0798

 

I only get xtals from bosses when my net is lagging e.e ... idk why bosses don't care about dropping xtals when I am not lagging ... same for srd gem runs disconnect means sure xtals e.e

0.072 (1+50/100) = 0.108 ,according to what l calculated..thrice..

 

thrice would be 0.216
0.108 is exactly half more, the multiplier is x1.5

what about drop rate from food buff? is it flat drop rate or not? since it cost 10k point to cook

 

I don't think it does because the wording on it is Drop Rate % + x.

 

No, it increases your current drop rate by x% depends on level.

Example: Item A has 10% chance to drop
with 2% drop rate food it would be like this:

10 x (1 + 0.02) = 10.2% chance to drop, so it's not worth to give it a try.

 

How can we get this? By test and estimate or datamine?
