Your pet die if you die in battle and your pet revived if you revived.

i just discover this when fighting scrader, me and my pet only. the moment i got knocked out by small red aoe, while my pet that out of small aoe range, die with no reason.
then i add my merc to party, i died in battle, and my pet die without a logic reason. i just struggle while my merc first aiding, then i can revive now. not only that, my pet also revived.
so, what do you guys think about this update?

notes = first aid skill on your pet prevent your pet commit suicide when you died in battle because your pet know how to revive the master.

 

That's a pet trait called "loyal" I think, his love and loyalty to you is so great that if you die, he/she cannot bear the pain of living in this world without you, so he commits suicide, and when you're resurrected, he/she also resurrects, so that he can be together with you once more^^

 

For the "your pet revive when you revive" Part, i'm not so sure. But for the "your pet die when you die" Is wrong(cmiiw). I have a pet that has first aid skill, and from my experience (and logically), when i die, my pet use first aid on me, otherwise what else would first aid skill on pets be for.

 

pet revive when you revive ia true. for pet to die with you, it's depend on trait

then, try use pet that don't have first aid skill just in case i writing something wrong.

 

This is part of the new pet rules from the last update. If you die, pet will only live if it has first aid skill to use it on you.

On the bright side, when you do get up again, the pet will now be revived as well

 

suzuki sama really make this pet system more realistic then . it's like the girl don't wanna life without her boyfriend.
