Zahhak xtal ???? Good for tanks or not

So im still in progress in making tank
Give me an equipment guide.
And if u could point me in direction of a decent build will appreciate it.
Mah budget is abt 8m
So keep that mind before suggesting equips.
I already have a toy hammer

 

it is good for tanks,yes.The barrier is like +1000* more hp,with no heals,and mp recovery is always needed for tanks.
either that or Zega 2 xtal is quite good for tanks too.

 

Any build u could point me too
So i can make that as a base and modify it according to my needs

 

hm...i don't really plan to play tanks yet,but...i would say you should focus on the balance between resistance %+ and aggro %+

there are some videos explaining the build,and you can find them fairly easy too.

you can check coryn.club to see first some items that benefits tanker stats (ex : circle of order,charm belt,aranea xtal,dark general shield,...)

There's no better alternative really aside from yeah zega II.

Physical barrier is kinda useless on a tank though as it might get wasted on a Boss's normal attack.

 

i forgot about aranea xtal before,but it could be a replacement if you don't like zahhak

so...builder golem,zahhak machina,aranea,zega 2 are useful for tanks.

 

P.Ava crystal is best for tanks. Elem resist applies to both atk and matk. With the new bosses and mobs using different elemental attacks nowadays P. Ava trumps them all.

Zahhak might be "ok" for bosses but not for multi mini boss or mob farming.

Its funny when people in El Scaro boast how they processed P.Ava crystals.. just because they don't understand how good elem resist is.

 

It is for ampr KN-tank. Im using it with zega II but for ohs I think nightmare potum is better even with -5%hp.

 

the barrier stat will be bad to tanks as they will always get hit hence the barrier will not cd. the other stats though...

everyone is now making tanks because the the ones that already have are charging spina just to be in a pt.

Put zahhak and EMS on weapon, boom +10ampr & +10%aggro.

As a tanker you will need extra Ampr and aggro while HP can come from VIT stat. And big resistance always come from either Shield,armor or Additional gear.

 

i'm still wondered who the heck started that xD,tanks are so snobby now thanks to that.

 

1% amounts to near nothing. For weapon run Builder Golem and Zega II

 

P.Ava is such a great boss. Every

I like Zega 2, builder golem not so much. Id rather have resist that's always on 100% of the time over guard that "may or may not proc".

 

Then refine your gears and get 30%+ in Phys Mag and Frac resist over 1% of every element. That's a waste of a slot when you could idk. Use anything else. Anyways with builds nowadays you can reach damn near 100%. Its like Crit. There's 100% Crit Builds. I have no where near 100% but oh boy do I Crit way more than half the time

 

100% physical and magical resist? got any examples?

 

I highly doubt 100% resist exists atm. Defense works differently from crit. The more you add the less it increases. It still adds to it so better than nothing tho.

Edit: I have refined equips, but I'm still adding more resistance. Ampr is not a problem for me so I could easily generate the aggro I need.
