Surely Asobimo doesn't throw out lv.4 bans without evidence. I don't know of any gaming companies that issue permanent bans without conclusive evidence; that would just be irresponsible and discredit their respectability. As many other members have brought up, a lv.1 or lv.2 penalty would be understandable as an error, but I find it unlikely for Asobimo to issue lv.4 bans without definitive evidence.

 

Same problem on me . i never do wrong . just suddenly warning message.come in. I try to send email . they just confirmed that i trade RMT which never do . so welcome to unjustice world

 

So the conclusion is? Chloramp just stated that he never does any rmt, yet he is still accused of being so..

 

Guilty until proven innocent, at least in my perspective. However, you are all entitled to your own opinions and if Chloramp was unjustly given a punishment when he has done nothing wrong, then Asobimo need to seriously reconsider their penalty system.

It may be possible that they have counted the trade of the Albus wings as RMT as technically it isn't an item that should be tradable.

there's probably someone sending them proofs of your RMT transactions, It might be your buyer or your midman or someone you know XD. no offence just speculations

 

I think it is more of a branch term, Asobimo may consider selling avatars for spina and even power-levelling for spina as RMT. You should ask them for what particular transaction you did qualify as RMT.

 

This is starting to confuse me. Can I just play a game without having to worry everytime I log in to find out that I got a penalty. The penalty rule is bias as you can see, you can get one even when you've done nothing wrong against the 'written' TOS.

 

Only worry if you're doing one or two of these 5 things:
1. Using hack
2. Abusing glitch
3. Selling items / spina for real money - or exporting codes for spina..
4. Verbally abusive
5. Being stupid

Yeah but i have enought money in real life . and i never buy or sell them using real money dude this is game .. The only thing should bother me .. Why dont they give me any proof ? If only thats true

 

My 2 cents.....

I have reported maybe hmmm 140+ players from FB Indo/Pinoy/Buy & Sell etc etc etc groups, for RMTing and Albus Wings/Capes selling.
This transactions are illegal, since the user is lucratively earning revenue at the expenses of Asobimos Digital copyright product.

Selling Wings/Capes for Spina, is considered RMT. Selling Spina for RM is considered RMT. Selling Plv services for Spina is considered RMT as well reagarless of payment being done with in-game currency.

So I don't know about most of you . But I think this P4 are fair and square. They implemented a Log check department, where they see everything happening ingame. So they might have found illegal transactions, or fishy movements on your accounts.

Noup, theres logs of chat, also logs of movements. They can check if you are actually rmting or lending money.

 

Is make an event outfrom asobimo means interferrence their business? interferrence business will get lv5 penalty

 

Maybe they should also send an email to say die, on why he was given a penalty level 4. See the guy doesn't even know why he was given that. He doesn't sell spina for real money. Lol All his money earned from refining services are there. I'm assuming someone reported the impostor S a y d i e, given asobimo with both the say dies on the pic, then asobimo confused the original for the fake?

Or maybe they given him a penalty level 4 for having too much spina. Lol.
