Perhaps refining services are considered RMT? If Asobimo will penalize you for doing pLvling services (which also requires skills), then I don't see why refining services wouldn't be considered RMT as well.

I believe its against their policy to sell codes... some codes is and should be used specifically to the assigned account, unless the said code is created for all players. You said it yourself, you sell albus codes to gain spina. This can be considered as an abuse.

 

hmmm this got me thinking...
so if selling codes is illegal then buying one and hence using code intended for someone else could be ban able too?

@Crown3d and that I remember correct . I didn't pay a single spina for my wings . As they came from the same person that gave me the wings.

 

It wasn't an implication, nor was I saying I did anything different. I was shading light on the situation. I think it's hypocritical to report those buying avatar items if you or someone you know did the same to get yours. Spina, and other items is a different story. But avatar items make no difference to your experience other then how you want to express your character.

 

Problem is that Gacha wings, were an item bound to RL Email accounts, to direct individuals with Limited amounts = RL Promotion. Selling it for RL money or Ingame Currency = T & A Infringement. So basically regardless it be avatar or not, one is making an illegal trade.
