    First of all i just want to ask for your help guys regarding with this matter, I'm not doing anything wrong. I never scam people. I never use bot. I never sell spina or accounts, and i never use bugs or cheat to play this game. but this is i got suddenly! :'(

    this is similar to that other person issue that had a level 4 penalty. you should contact customer support, en.toram.jp/contact/ and ask for a review or appeal to see what they banned you for and if it was a mistake or not.

    Oh man! Penalty level 4... The only thing you can do is to contact Asobimo and ask for the reason. Also its better to contact them via ingame if possible. "Menu > Orb Shop > Contact Us"

    You can do it on there site en.toram.jp/contact/ but they usually send you an email and ask you to do it ingame.

    can anyone explain what penalty 4 means? I can see that he cn still login. So what does penalties do if you get one?

    I can recall there is a guy who used a ign that mimic yours. Perhaps, just perhaps that imposter scammed someone on a refinement service. That guy got reported for a scam, and ended with u who got penalty 4. If that's the case, then you have a great chance to get your penalty lifted.

    I never say about he's doing rmt. I said his penalty could be lifted if it was someone else who scam using his name.
