Locks become available with an increase in proficiency level. Your Difficulty only dictates what you can craft and your tech increases your Difficulty.

Uumm.. I just go to library with my future alchemist char at lvl 20.. And it says u have to be at lvl 50 to unlock lvl 2 alchemy skill tree
Is it like this before? Or is it new condition?

Ooh.. But I saw in the first post by samm, he still lvl 49 and have lvl 2 alchemy skill.. I kinda confused

 

As long as you have 1 char capped, or reach the requirements, everything gets unlocks for all your other characters.

 

Aah I see.. Its crystal clear right now. My main char is still lvl 41
