    Can i get the lowest potential needed for cdmg+7%,crit+17,crit+17%,cdmg+17 for weapon and the formula for it?

    I want to craft a BS armor and weapon, stat as below
    Dex+7%
    Dex+14
    But I want to keep 1 stat slot and some potential for future maybe 8% or +15

    Is it below step able to get what I want?
    Step 1 : DEX +X%
    Step 2 : DEX+1
    Step 3 : 3 Negative Stat
    Step 4 : 1 by 1 +DEX
    Step 5 : finish the DEX%

    I still not so understand on the potential calculation so need help on this.

    I saw a post back in page 3 or 4, that you cant ads ATK% on armor..
    I really want that stat too xD

    Ah, I see you edited your post. Sorry I had no idea what the limits of putting ATK+% on armor was so didn't know how to answer. ATK+7%, STAT+7%, CD+15/16/17 isn't possible on armor. You probably could do ATK+5%, STR+5%, CD+17 if you desire ATK+%'s property to do more damage than CD% when the boss's defense is high.
    Potential: 65
    Step 1: ATK + 3% (5 potential left)
    Step 2: MATK - 7%, Accuracy - 7, Magic Pierce - 3% (179 potential left)
    Step 3: STR + 5%, ATK + 5%, Critical Damage + 17 (-25 potential left)
    Success rate: 97.88%
    For non-gamble: 67+ potential required.

    [ATK6%, STR5%] or [ATK5%, STR7%] would be a 60% stat

    As for your current stat, it's doable on basically ANY armor, as a rough estimate for the minimum potential is 4.
    Potential: 4

    Step 2: Critical Rate + 1, Accuracy - 7, MATK - 7%, Magic Pierce - 3% (167 potential left)

    This formula scales down to 51% for CSPD+17%.

    Do note, success rates are a "per stat" manifestation. 64% means 0.64^3 if you want all the 3 positives to succeed.... or 26%....

    Unfortunately as they mentioned above you cannot put ATK+% on armor. The closest you can get for gamble with DEX/STR+3/4/5%, CD+7%, CD+17, CR+17. I've posted the formula and the success rates in a previous post here (click the link).

    The best you can do on armors atm is to reconfigure IM7Aggro-10%, and turn it into A7S7Aggro-10%, and even that is still slightly a gamble iirc. last i tried it, i was at 89%success? that was a few months back, wasting Beast pts on Armors. xD

    Method A is used when you don't have to stack too many stats and go deep into the negative. It eliminates the extra penalty and allows you to get more success rate that way. Method B is only used when the penalty saved will gain LESS success rate than when having a higher potential; it can be used for ELEM stats such as [Ele, Ele%, CD≥14, CR+17] as well as [ATK, ELE%, CD, CR].

    Note: Every single percentage shown is PER STAT, and not the cumulative total success rate. As you want to keep 4 stats, the totals would be 84⁴%, or 49.7%, 6.7%, 0.28%, 0.000256% respectively for STR+3,4,5,6%. GOOD LUCK!

    PS. If you're going going for the ATK flip, you're optimizing n⁴ · (1 - n), where n represents the success rate as a decimal between 0 and 1. It works best at 80%.

    PPS. Until coryn.club sticks soldier armor in their statting simulator, you can add it in yourself! Open the javascript console on your browser and paste this line in:
    equipments[8][34] = {id: 100000, name: "Soldier Armor", potential: 37};

    Select another equipment, and go back to armor, and Soldier Armor should be the at the very bottom of the equipment selection dropdown, with a recipe potential of 37. (This recipe potential difference may be useful for some low pot calculations which go below 37 before the last step.)

    just wanna ask my main char is lvl160 and my tec bs char is just lvl80 can i still fill stat fc16 or i need to level my tec to 160?

    Nope, you can't - the character that's doing the filling must have the level on that character.
    If you have customize equipment skills on both characters than technically you can fill some stats (that dont require you to add negatives and positives above +8 in the same step). The principal behind this is that full TEC is only needed to get maximum potential return when you're adding negatives. However, I don't believe TEC is needed if you want to add positive stats (not 100% sure) so you could use the lv160 when filling positives up to +16, and TEC for filling negatives.
    Toram requires the character that's applying the stat (instead of highest character level like how learning skills work) to have lv160 to apply +16

    Unfortunately fc16 is one of those stats that you'll need to add Magic Pierce-3%, and push the rest of the stats up to +16/17 at the very end, so you won't be able to cheat like this.
    tl;dr; no the character with full TEC that wants to stat +16 MUST be lv160
