Ranger Class Build

Ill be honest with you.
Since Bows only have a 70% Stability, it jumps a lot, some times I am lucky to see crazy dmg, and I go all shenanigans on it, and some times it just disappointing me. xDDD

Para Shot. Normal Scaling for me = 4.5-7.8k no crit.
Para Shot. Crit Scaling for me = 5.8k-9k crit depending on its mood, and how it feels like that day.

SOOOOOO basically this game loves to troll me a lot xDD.

isnt it when wearing bow + arrow adds stability? so that is total 90% right?
for bowgun + arrow only damage applies?

 

Combo let me explain you how Stability works.

Bow - 70% Stability = If you have 900 damage = 900 * 70% = 630 will be your stable dmg output, lower than this you wont do.
Arrow - 20% Stability = if the arrow has 15 attack = 15 * 20% = 3 will be your least added damage to your dmg output.

This means that you will do a 70% of your total damage, and 20% of the arrow damage, which pretty much adds to not that much.

This is one of the main reasons why a Gunner(Bowgun/Gun) user is better for a Crowd Control role than a damage dealing or Oppressor.
This weapon type is very viable to use crowd control skills and manage them consecutively on future content like raids or PvP.

Which is one of the main reasons I rather go Bowman than Gunner, I am not a crowd controller .

Thanks for the recommendation, Ani, but Bowguns don't suit my tastes otherwise I would be all over it since it caters to MP skills better than a bow. Guess I'll just have to start getting used to being Mana deprived, lol.

 

You know what I wish we could do?

Skin the FWB into a Short Barrel BG and use it with the range of a Bow kakakaka, would be so awesome shooting the rifle from far away xDD

 

I'm not gonna lie, that would be pretty tight. Bit out of genre, lol, but certainly the height of badassery.

 

Definitely out of genre but hey, its ingame which means, powder and steam tech was already in development! + That mofo gunner from the tutorial was so badass, would have liked to see him using different gear, but the rifle was the sht. xDDD

hoh?, perhaps a Bowgun alt wouldn't be so bad after all.

 

The only reason this game doesn't have blood/(serious)guns and other stuff which is normally shown in anime(my opinion,don't quote me) is because of the kids who are playing.People are thinking that this game has cute graphics and skills without any violent animations,but in reality,the drama level and problems of this game is up there with other asobimo games.
I feel that asobimo really should make this an anime realistic game,Toram has the potential to be one.

That's really up to how you have built your ranger.

Some good examples are the ones they have up above.
Personally for my ranger in boss fights I'm running Power Shot>Moeba Shot (Consecutive or Tenacity)>Bullseye (Smite or Consecutive)
For mini-boss farming I use Moeba Shot >Paralysis Shot (Consecutive)>Bullseye(Consecutive).

It should be noted that I built my ranger completely different than any of the posts here though.

Hi there, as based on the 2 different build I have provided. Since new lvl cap is 60, new stat boints base is 171. So you got more ground to play with. 120 Dex 51 Crit, or 130 Dex 41 Crit. Balance it out .

may i ask . . is sth wrong with my power shot

my power shot's cast time is weird or bug ? my cspd was 553 and i put a seltirios xtal and get it to 867 but the casting time still the same 2.5 sec+

i was switching bow and gunbow and its still more than 2 sec . .

are you sure the cspd affect the pw shot casting time

I just start playing the game always follow the guide. then decided to buy the xtal which is kind of expensive for cspd . . but now i feel bad

 

Power Shot initiation speed doesn't rely on cspd,it relies on aspd.

 

I read the guide and the comments bout cspd and power shot in this thread . . . meh
