To all who keep asking compensation and insult toram team

In my opinion. Toram should have learn something from pass experience last year. Which this connection error occur in weekend+holiday. If they deployed emergency response team that work 24 hours. They can minimize the impact! I strongly believe that this "connection error" have this impact to us today are caused by server overload. And their team not able to give immediate response and countermeasures. Results from this, server leave unattended until Monday and their storage equipment got damaged by overheat! So their 24hours operation today is definitely their responsible. Im not here to scold, to insult them or anything. But they really dont care their customers that lead to todays impact!

 

Excuse me, even their backup of a backup wasn't completely intact/un-corrupted either

Yeah, I facepalmed at THAT. Seriously, how can anyone with some knowledge and/or experience in IT, server maintenance have any confidence and trust in them after this incident. /Shakes head

i mailed asobimo and they replied with that "However, we have ultimately concluded that at this time, it was not possible for us to reconfigure all of the data to the time of the connection error.

After this i got mad and mailed them back bug they didn't reply and i lost a lot of equipments, xtals .. they didn't even reply back after first auto message

im not gonna support them or do something good for them, you guys still say that asobimo is working hard etc. They didnt even have a good back up gor that big game. That's so bad for a company like asobimo. They've to fix players problems but they don't do much and they dont response well to mails. They are no more good in my sight, i gave 1 star and it will stay like 1

 

I remember this happening in Iruna a couple years back, but I'm pretty sure in that case it was to get rid of all the botted spina and items.

For me, I'm choose to re-explore Toram Maps and take a nostalgic views, mute shout in city, and erase every single player view except guild and friend only.
This is how I'm enjoying the fresh toram that had lost so many bot there...

 

im pretty sure most players who have gotten their avatar items back have seen its stat missing and whatnot so im kinda worried about our equips... is asobimo not gonna replace our lost dyes/changed apps on our equips if the original gear still existed before the rollback date? or are they gonna give the players the stuff they had at the final date before the rollback occurred?(pretty much a duplicate if you already own the gear by its same name)

 

If that happens, what method will they use to give them to us? If by mail gifts/presents, that would be a lot. And if not, just suddenly giving them to our bag and storage will collide with our newly-gotten items after the roll back.

 

i remember when iruna had a 3 day rollback, the players were allowed to reclaim their items via an npc so i think asobimo might do the same for toram
