To all who keep asking compensation and insult toram team

Should we still keep insult them and blame them for all this error? This not even their wish to error,

If you are really a Human with a brain and heart, you should understand their condition, looking those who keep insult them and asking high crazy compensation is disrespect their effort to restore and make everything right!
So did you still wanna blame them and said THEY DIDNT DESERVE MY RATE OR STARS?
They are still focusing recover our data and something else also double checking for it, SLEEPING AT OFFICE, EAT AT OFFICE FOR SEVERAL DAYS, SLEEP A BIT ABOUT AN HOURS AND CONTINUE WORKING FOR THIS MATTER, SIT IN FRONT COMPUTER FOR A LOT OF HOURS, ARE YOU DIDNT FEEL THEIR POSITION? DID YOU EVEN READ SUZUKI'S MESSAGE THAT LONG?
Please Respect them, they are have a big problem here and they still take a hard responsible even that should require them to sleep at office!

 

You must be new to these forums or the internet in general. I like that they at least tried to get the server running back at how it was before shutdown but it's insane for a backup server to blow up too. Wonder how that happened...

Anyways, it seems that they're taking a new approach to this which involves a cluster server system, something I thought they had in mind from the get go. Also, I can see that they are low key blaming the bots and tuyuls for the server overload. To us, it just says that they got what was coming years in making. Not really an insult just a matter of fact.

Now tho, game is up and running and well, the one orb thing made the idiots quit (which I appreciate since if they flicking read they'd know that wasn't the compensation.)

Now they're restoring avatar items and cash shop items over the course of a week to 10 million accounts. (Thought it was 100 million but eh, w.e)

Tldr: They Should've listened when the bots were being reported.

 

If people make mistakes, we are allowed to criticize them for it. Ideally constructive criticism, but feelings get in the way sometimes.

 

We cant really expect everything be back to normal in a snap of a finger. No matter whats the reasons of the servers breakdown, lets also understand they're also the victim here. Those extra work on keeping the server up and restoring orbs, stuffs, etc are also extra work that are not expected and should be appreciated. Instead of insulting them, we should fully support them and understand their situations because this is a proof how dedicated they are to the game.

 

Well it would be illogical not to support them in the upkeep of a game we like but the issue here is if they are blaming the bots, they clearly could've avoided this mass tonne of extra work they have to do right now.

I'm rooting for them to finish and get a nice rest after though, seems like it was hell in the entire company for this game given the style of their messages.

 

Criticize is still fine, but i saw so much people also insult them, rate them 1 star ragely and quit, that is a diffrent matter, that not even criticize anymore

 

Well im still not convinced thats it caused by the bots myself. Itll be like hell in any game with this player base. Cant imagine how many emails theyve received from kids with rage comments, bad mouthing game in community setups, and demanding them to fix it asap so they can just shout "JUAL SPINA VIA PULSA"

 

Perhaps not all people understand their situation, still so much idiots ragely insult them, and something else, and i saw a thread that has a title "rate the compensation" that not even given yet, and so many rate "they didnt deserve my stars or rate" it was sad, i bet not many people read the message from suzuki fully.

 

Neither am I, probably an internal sabotage if the back up server got hit too. Bots alone could at most just overload and lag the server from what I know.

It's even worse on YouTube where they have bigger mouths with even more delusional kids there but otherwise, the only other strat is to just out mouth em.

Honestly I hate a lot the people complaining because they don't read the news and spread false info confusing everyone especially the person called Killbane spreading false info about how all items got deleted

 

We should have just keep spreading false info even if we knew the truth so the toxic idiotic illiterate players leave the game for good. It will be like community helping the dev filtering unneeded players.

 

And guess who are those kids? Usually those who stay in a city 90% of the time without nothing to do. I have seen many good manner players already moved on and farming like they used to be. My suggestion for now is to avoid staying in a city for too long, or mute chat on it.

A black company takes advantage of their employees and make they stay overtime all the time. From my understanding they don't even give much money for the overtime either, doubt asobimo wouldn't pay them for their overtime tho. It's something I have gotten to know from Japanese light novels and manga.

So black in this case is a dark, evil to it's employees company.

 

Um late night reply for him may be during the day in Japan and he maybe confused. Also japan has very strict overtime laws. 720 hours a year max and a cap of 100 hours a month. There’s a term I forget the Japanese word for it but it means death by work, the country mandated laws to protect against it. Seeing as their customer support normally runs 6 hours a day 5 days a week I doubt they could be considered a company like you’re talking about. Also overtime pay is also mandated by law as well. They would dare to break any of those laws because if they did, then the company really would be shut down.

 

Oh i see. Then maybe they can take home some of the works if it is able to be done that way.

 

Well yeah, my post was basically a joke with the black companies in light novels as a thought because of what the thread writer wrote. I didn't mean to imply that something like a black company exist. Even if it did exsist it is basically hidden from the law.
