Hello its Shironai again!

The same guy who had his account suspended a year ago ID 70242

Well it happeneded again, a random ban out of the blue! My account name was PolaBoar

I was buying from board then a minute later i got disconnected and got kicked out


A year ago they mailed me after i sent a ticket

That the reason why i got banned was because i attacked the server somehow.

I wonder what reason ill get on this ban now.

They sent me a mail to fill up some information so i did, and i sent a video to them incase they thought i was a bot.



Its my usual activity during toram while watching videos, everytime i reach a spam cap i stop and watch a video for a bit or play games on my pc.

Oh service provider no, i move around a lot so two of those bans had different service providers, different countries too im in the middle east now and the first ban was at canada

Its a lot to ask, and im positive asomibo wont unban my account for the obvious that they are fuck heads, language again sorry

But i am making another account because my friends are there and honestly i dont have anything better to do


If i could get 30m im only asking those who have a LOT like 500+ millions of spina, those who can spare, that would be great to not make me feel like i lost my account at all

All i ever did have was A storage maxed out, a handful amount of avas and... My house fully expanded. I always sell items and since anniv was coming i was prepping up by buying antis right before i got banned

So spina and lvls is all i ever had really.

Any amount could help, i dont want to beg but just to not let me lose hope, i gotta.

A straight penalty to lv 7 means it is at least a criminal level. It's weird asobimo didn't tell you why you got banned the 2nd time. Sounds fishy to me. You can try reporting to google telling that asobimo has banned you without disclosing the information of the reason why. Also this is just my opinion, but you shouldn't have told asobimo the first time you got banned that you will make a new account for sure, because that would obviously make you marked by them. (But I guess different ISP, different country, and different device don't matter anyway...)

 

Im only guessing that they thought i was a bot and they just banned me at lvl 7 without a thought

My dude, I am sorry but, that is suspicious behavior. And if you have been hitting the same buttons the same way and hitting at nearly the same pixels every time, you'll likely get flagged as a bot. Also, the way you were switching between selling a ohs and a hlb was essentially abusing a loophole in the spam filter. That would also flag you as a spammer. If you get reported for both, that might have been enough to get you sent packing.

Point is though i am not a bot, i sent that video to the support and i hope they watch it.

That aside, how do you usually sell stuff? Wait 5 seconds between shouting?

 

there's the consignment board, and the signboard system for safe trading of piercers and crysta extraction.

also, you continued to spam auto-fill chats even after the spam blocker activated. this is exactly what a programmed bot would do.
in the server log files you look no different from bot users.

 

i watch videos while doing this for a long time, so my fingers move on their own i dont look at the screen when i do this so it tends to happen yes

 

In all honesty, the only button presses I can definitively catch on your uploaded vid is the ones on pressing the chat button.

I've long given up on selling anything via shout in Int 1. Half the text on it are from 4 people, it's hella pointless. I have no suggestions on how you can continue your spammy sales method. If anything, asking me if you should post every 5 seconds is pointless. As long as you get reported and then get caught doing the same repetitive behaviour, a server admin might still kick you off the game for it.

 

its so... stupid if thats the case, people sell!!! it takes time, what the fk do admins expect sellers do? not spam even slow spams of 5 seconds to sell their merch?
the game would have died if thats the case or well.. not really if merchants didnt exist in shout prices in board would have increased.

 

Look, if what you said about doing the same motions on both times being the reason you got banned, just dont be repetitive enough to get reported. What you are doing is easily replicatable to a freakin bot. Heck, I might just go ahead and declare that what you are doing is immitating a spam bot, so how about behaving more like humans and actually interact with people in-game from time to time and avoid being "bot-like"?

i just dont see any other interesting activities in toram, i hate farming bosses cuz theres no point i can get the xtals myself by selling, i can get anything by reselling, why bother.

 

Would it kill you to not spam for a whole 20mins? If anything, being as efficient as spam bot got you banned, dude. I am not telling you to stop selling stuff, i am suggesting to you to NOT act like a spam-bot.

If you got no buyers in like 10mins of "hawking" browse the cb or talk to somebody for a little while, like 5mins or so, then go back to "hawking". Remember, from what you said yourself, that fixed routine got you in this trouble to begin with, you need to stay away from it.

 

im still uncertain if that is the cause of my ban, i just hope it is so i can clear it up with the support.

the first ban they explained its because i disturbed the server/attacked it.

ASOBIMO and third parties or the operation of Application.

copy pasted the violation they sent.

 

chat spamming creates server load (that's why world chat is permanently disabled).
there are rules for how to use the chat, and abuse can result in a temporary chat ban.
the way you used the chat was quite unnecessary and can be considered harmful. especially in combination with your bot-like actions it looks like an attack.

same action, same issue.
and another thing: according to the terms and conditions, they keep a criminal record. warnings and consequences are cumululative and previous violations will be taken into account even when you use a different character.

 

Oh... Well i didnt know that, i didnt see in my life a game that permanently bans you for spamming a chat, i thought it was safe because they had chat spam lock whenever i spam too hard.

They didnt give me any warnings either! It was just auto ban right away... But it does make sense because right after i got ban and i came back i saw the announcement that the server had difficulties

Because i swear if they dont give me the time of day to explain that what i did was out of my knowledge ill bloody do it.

they prompt you to read the terms and conditions and you cannot start the game without pledging "yes, i read it and agree to all".
with that, the rules are legal. you can also review them anytime.
you are not the first the one who didn't read those and faced the consequences.
but it's always strongly advised to take a look, because the rules also include that all enforced penalties are permanent with no exceptions, and they are not obliged to elaborate the reasons for a ban to individual users, unless the decision was based on special circumstances.

it would have stopped people who manually chat and read.
you continued without a reaction like a bot. even if the chat is not sent to public, it still issues a request to the server every time.

if they traced your 2nd account to your first, they won't start over from lv1 but continue where they left off.
furthermore, when you get flagged as a bot and they find evidence in the log files, it's straight lv7 without warnings, as per the penalty policy.

And theres no where in the rules that states spamming is illegal, and if there is and i forgot its probably lvl 1 or 2

Saying i attacked the server got me confused because that doesnt explain how i did it, during the first account ban post i was so confused and you guys were confused to and i explained everything to you guys.

I also copy pasted the email they sent about the violation on that post and no one had a clue what happened.

Spamming being considered an attack on the server is something i had no idea about and they should state that their server is too weak to handle such a spam

 

I have an inkling as to why your chat behaviour was considered an attack. It's got to do with how Asobimo probably set up how their servers send and recieve messsages to/from our devices.

From my understanding, events resulting from player's various actions that happen on our devices are handled in two ways: Local and Server. A lot of the combat and player movement are handled locally. But Drops, Boss fight results, quest results, all forms of experience acquisition, trades, and chat are all handled by the server. And our devices might be doing all those via sending event messages to the server.

Now with all that said, if everything is sent to the servers as messages, then spamming on chat would result in a lot of "events" getting sent to the server. Multiply it to 20-30 spammers doing the same thing would technically result in something that looks a lot like a DDos attack. So in essence, all spammers, botters or not, are performing attacks to the system, intentional or not.
