Does Empress' laser blast count? I think it does 300% of your HP...

 

Throw a reflex onto that, where will that take us?

Evasion seems way more workable with new calculation ^^

 

Maybe Reflex is 50% of total, not add.
Taking my list as example, raw total = 45%
Reflex +50% = 45%*0.5 = 22.5%
With Reflex = 45% + 22.5% = 67.5%

If algorithm is simple addition, then we'll have 95% with Reflex.
Which algorithm is the more likely one for Devs to give us?

 

In my test against Bone Dragons I evade like 7-8 times out of 10 attacks after reflex and 3/10 without reflex so it's likely to be 40-50% increase......

Edit : actually reflex is a superr risky skill, the defense reduction is not sometbing we can ignore, you can get a 1 hit kill if hit by heavy damage after reflex

 

When I used 29% evade gear for test, with Light armor, I have 39%...

39 X 1.5 = 58.5

I think that's pretty close ^^

So fatal attack is fix damage? Pierce through our physical or magic resist?

 

Mm... You should try on bone dragon?

 

Defense loss can be partially countered with static+DEF on gear. For example Forehead Protector. Moreover you can raise resistance and HP instead.
Same works for -%atk. It doesnt affect fixed value of MoD Boss Version.
