    Attacker rank is based on how much dmg u dealt over the course of the battle, breaker rank is based on autoattacks and breaking skills, tank rank is based on the amount of time the boss was agrod to u from start to finish and support rank is based on how much u supported the party(bringing ur own food and drinks etc jk:) how many buffs or heals over the course of the fight

    I've done a lot of reflecting since I made this thread and I agree 100% now. Players have their own style and I should not voice how to improve or change their style but how I can adapt and make the party better.

    Yep the autoattack thing surprised me too, i always used to wonder why my tank sometimes took breaker rank
