No. The ideal level for alchemist is 40 since that's when tech is available. But blacksmiths would have to be capped to add the current stats that actually sell

 

Hello! I've capped my Alchemist/Tec Smith a few weeks back. What other stats can help this character's job besides TEC? We have remaining stat points left, but I don't know where to invest them.

 

Congrats! Unfortunately, TEC is the only stat that helps with alchemists and tech blacksmiths. Once we get more levels, you can add stats points to the other stats to make whatever blacksmith you wish to make. It'll be an all-in-one character
But, it'll be a long way from now

I was thinking of turning it into an Armour Smith, but that would mean I have to work for another character's Smithing Proficiency! D: (I already have another Primary stat smith, and it's hard to raise Prof if it's not a VIT smith ;-; )
Does Proficiency on Smithing help in Upgrading or Refining at all, so I get an incentive to do this? :<

 

Sadly, only tech affects upgrading and refining

 

What level is your character and how much tech did you put in?

 

It probably has to do with how much revs you successfully made. Prof only levels up if you're successful. But still, prof takes a long time to level up with revs too.

 

O I overlooked this term... Sorry, idk what it means. I'll have to do more searching. Until then, just ignore it if you feel like it doesn't matter.
