Question from f2p regarding ava ticks

How many avatar tickets needed to get ur desired avatar on non guaranteed avatar chest? In case this kind of question was already made by anyone else pls tell me

 

Sounds like you've never played gacha before, (coin-op prize dispenser). It's all random. My last two tickets dropped items instead of avatars.
I've been playing since 2016, and have never obtained a full avatar set that I wanted, free or paid.

 

Just for statistics I can say it cost me 100ish orbs to get dark fenrir set (wings from ice fenrir) and 30 orbs for dark chaser set. If you divide it by 3...5, you'll know how many tickets that is. But this is purely rng so you could get a set in 10 tickets or not get it from 100 tickets.
P.S. this game has no p2w, so all players are f2p

 

Paid orbs actually have higher chance of getting full rares.
It's easy to get full set avatars or rare 2 slot piercers using paid orbs.
While unpaid orbs and tickets have significantly lower rates of getting any kind of rares.
This is normal in any gacha game.

 

Thanks for the answer, i've played gacha game and save like 300 draw to get character/ava that i wanted coz i get it between 100-300 rolls. I just wanted to know if there are players here doing that kind of things. Ig just pull it in guaranteed pool then thanks

 

Just opening x11 is enough to get an ava set in my opinion. If it didn't work, just go one more x11

 

the rates for each individual item are displayed.
multiply the number until it's ≥100 and that is how many pulls you'd have to expect.
in theory. since the pool does not deplete, there is no guarantee to get it within that number of pulls.

and where did you get that info?
it's illegal in the EU to alter gambling rates like this without revealing it.
for this reason, every other gacha game available here has different banners for free and paid currencies.

 

It took me 3 years to complete my minion knight3 of course i got at least 4 other near complete set(only missing 1 add) and a heap load to mix and match with. That is coming from 4 years of f2p. December and January are prime time gift season(other than the great wipe of 2019)

Lol i didn't toss all my gifts in ava gacha. I spent most of it in storage. In hindsight that feel stupid with the current system nowadays. Plus, im a super casual player never reaching lvl 180(yet) i only play toram to chill from playing moba games(wild rift is stressful if luck is not in your favor) and watching YouTube

 

@.@ I am very unlucky with avatar tickets... I think some players gets avatars more easily then other's,simply because they are more lucky...wish there was some exchange system for avatars... Like if you don't get avatar within 10+ tries you get some alternative item's which could be exchange for your desired avatars, yeah the idea does sounds like a little p2w gacha vise versa...well whatever makes the player's happy...

 

Now why would free unpaid orbs have higher chance of getting anything rare same as paid orbs.

It is not illegal in any country.
You pay real money, you get the stuff, simple as that.
Guess you aren't experienced enough red fox, to know how things work when real money is involved.
Why would anyone pay real money if you get same stuff using unpaid orbs.

And no need to brag about your lame looking ava sets that you got using unpaid orbs, most ava sets look horrible anyway.

Not saying that you cannot get good avas using unpaid orbs, it's just that it will require a lot of effort.

 

We all know dude is a clown already, talking to him is a waste of time, considering that he doesn't even want to listen to other people and only want to run his mouth.
In addition, the rate of each item is already revealed in each packages. Paid or not, it's still pure rng. I know some people getting good stuff solely from unpaid orbs, and other who paid like half of his fortune just to get a truck load of trash. I myself also got 2 full avatar sets from unpaid and nothing good from paid orbs before.
Beside, it's easier to get more paid orbs than unpaid ones, as long as you have money to burn, which leads to more attempt with paid orbs than unpaid orbs, which in turn also leads to the feeling of paid orbs having better chance than unpaid ones.
Example, you spend 1200 paid orbs for 80 pulls, and 35 of which gives good stuff; at another time you spend 60 unpaid orbs for 4 pulls, and none of them gives any good stuff. Then you declare that paid orbs have higher chance to get good stuff than unpaid ones. Sounds fair and correct to you?
On the other hand, another person spent 600 orbs for 40 pulls only to get 2 good ones, while 3 random pulls with 45 unpaid orbs at another time gave him all 3 big wins. Then does that theory still correct?
Like really, as long as you have money to burn, you can get as much as 3000 paid orbs within hours. Meanwhile even the best event can only give you like 10-20 unpaid orbs at most, and requires the entire event duration to get all of them. The only other way is to farm bosses for weekly emblems, which could give like, idk, maybe 1 unpaid orb per week? With that kind of comparison pool, can you guarantee that the "theory" is still true?
Not to mention that aso rarely reveal anything.
Though, if it turns out to be real then I guess it's gonna cause an uproar among the players.

It's hard to believe something without concrete proof. Especially from momo who, well, rarely give any "proof" and mostly just go bash everyone opposing him.

 

Unrelated but, there's a Korean RPG game i was playing, a player discovered that the dev of that game secretly rigged refinement chance of equipment, and even had proofs. It caused quite a big uproar, and led to a pretty big drama with a serious backlash to the company.
I don't think that asobimo would want that kind of risk.

on the topic of spending for avatars:

tickets are best used on boxes with guaranteed avatars. they cost 5 orbs instead of 3, but still only 1 ticket.
the amount of time required to assble 1 avatar ticket or 3 orbs is roughly the same, if not less.

orbs are best used on the 1 for 1 orb, 1 time, offers. it's the best deal they offer, and they also do it on guaranteed avatar boxes sometimes.
the 11 for 11 offer is no longer available. the best they do now is 50% off, which is far from the 1 for 1.

the next best deal would be set boxes for 20 orbs.
you are guaranteed to get 1 top, bottom and 2 adds randomly selected from 4 different sets.
50% off on a guaranteed box still costs 25 orbs and does not guarantee a top.

 

Well, toram is no nft that is for sure. Mess with the company rules and you get wiped and penalize. Find a loophole or bug and you be rewarded just like the 10k pet incident That a level 1 pet can kill odelons in 1 hit.(they still confiscate it coz it is a blunder but they are rewarded as compensation)
