Actually remodel your armor also affect effectiveness of your stat.

    Example:
Adding 2vit on heavy armor give u 4Def while in light armor only give u 1 def
And agi give more aspd in light than in heavy

Int also give more mdef in heavy and more cspd in light

Cmiiw. I tried it on lv1 char tho

So are you saying that if I remodel my crystal armor to light it will retroactively add caspd? Currently I get no bonus to caspd from int. As a mage I don't need the attspd. The extra survivability would be nice from heavy. The Black Smith text implied that armor remodeling has no effect on caspd.

    Personal experience. These are truth.

I am not sure where you get cspd boosts from....

    It doesnt. It wouldnt....

Cspd has no bearing on that however light armor for mages is more bemefitial because it does give a flee boost thus increasing chance for enemy attack miss. I have also noticed a sleightly higher chance for evasion with it on.

Keep in mind guard requires a shield but imho for int or dex users... i would go light. The small chance of evasion and flee vs chance of guard is better suited. Just my opinion. Plus it boosts dodge ala flee aka enemy miss. No dmg. Vs guard which is take the hit and reduce it.

torams description are always a little short and squishy ...
attack speed could mean ASPD or it could actually be more general and mean both ASPD and CSPD.
since it is just a fishy description and not an item stat, it is possible.

i just remodelled my forest wolf garb to light, but the visible stats and the item didn't change.
looking at the stat screen had the following results:

    CSPD is unaffected
    ASPD is increased by 87 = 53%
    FLEE is increased by 72 = 86%
    DEF reduced by 25 = 23%
    MDEF reduced by 61 = 39%

apparently the changes are based on multipliers.
