Spoiler: My opinion

Assuming you go for burst because of this stat
For me crit is used when you do some auto attack prorate, lets say im doing less normal attack.
I suggest to put cspd% if you lack of cspd needed or just want to use less cspd item. Or with current 5th staff, gamble for INT 10% (INT 9% is 100%) for more damage.
Here is mine :

STEP #1: % stronger against Dark +17 x1
STEP #2: Natural MP Regen-10, Natural HP Regen %-10, Dodge-10, DEF %-10 x1
STEP #3: % stronger against Dark +3, INT % +10, MATK % +10, Light Element +1 x1
Success rate: 95%

Tested wit pot 88, not 89 because my bs is int is not 300(use 255 not 247 it tech. Anyway choice is yours, good luck!

With potential 88, you can get 100% by using HP regen -21(It get more potential, but consume much metal).
#1 step : HP reg -21, Def% -10, Dodge% -5, Dodge -10
#2 step : INT % +10, MATK % +10, Earth Element +1, % stronger against Wind +20 (aka all stat)

 

Do u have formula im10i21 cspd 20% no use -agro% in weapon ?

 

I just randomly put this and somehow i got 100%. It's the same stat right? Am i mistaken somewhere?

At pot 86 l tried this with dte+18% (19n + r gamble at 86 pot) n got 100% (assume at 88-89 it'd be 100% too)

Dunno. You tell me. I simply has no idea how pot calculation work. Was just messing around and stumbled upon that.

 

I cant even trust coryn since they have some formulas (in list) not possible ig, hence the suspicion @-@)

i tried it on knuck and got 100%. Easily tested anyway. The first step not using mana.

Same formula for Base Pot 46, Starting Pot 89, able to reach DEX+5% at 100%?

 

It's 97/98% i guess.

Yes you can. Just exchange the pot value equivalent stats.

Will the mat. reduction apply if the statter has sufficient BS level, but no pts. on BS skill (skill tree reset)?
