    Thats a possibility, unless the first option is "free" so to speak and you unlock one after every 50 prof.

    From looking thru most of your inputs, it seems having prof at 50 unlocks it..
    Char level doesn't seem to affect (I'm testing it by trying to get my prof to 50 at char level 48)

    Sounds very possible kime, update us on what you found! I hope your hypothesis is true.. i've got alot of customisation ideas... that I wanna make happen!
    Another possibility for third tier unlock is at 100 prof (50 prof per unlock; which may be VERY likely)

    Pray god it isn't every 50..... I am not playing on trying to hit lvl 100... Hmm but wouldn't be a bad idea xD

    Yeah.. my thoughts exactly... o_O
    Grinding to prof 100 is insane... BUT doable.. with hard work!
    I'm hoping it's every 25 prof.. kime I hope your hypothesis is right....
