About DW test...

well i have 90 crt rate with shadowstep+astute buff yet im not seeing any white dmg with my twinslash..

 

If you put shadow step in front of twin, then you never will see white damage at this point.

Regardless of where you put it, Flat Crit rate will always be added last to calculation of your crit rate.

 

With a basic Gothic hat +15 crit, arm with 7cd13cd13c13c warmonger and bexiz on s.gear
Gives me 72% crit.. With Astute/ShadowStep my Phantom would crit 100 percent everytime.

 

You dont get the exact people at every party.. Most of the time end up with 3 DPS on party... Most party are nukes.. After a single break bombardment comes next.

that y u need to balance it tbh.. having 3dps on ur party.. better prorate for them and u might have a chance to snatch the attacker rank

 

Yah.. But fair distribution doesnt come that way since not everyone is happy or do agree to take roles.. Everyone just go boom..3x!!!! Taking a boss in less than a minute with a single break doesnt give others the opportunity.. DW with Warcry commonly takes support gurantee.. By just doing a total 35/40 percent of damage given trully secures attaker rank.. But varies per team.

 

Is people focusing on party structure now? No. I was Just.stating how the party system was supposed to be. Its purpose. Its is now longer happening.

 

If they changed ranking system to:
Damage Dealt to Boss
Heal done to Party
Number of Revives
Damage Mitigated
Attacks Dodged
Attacks Evaded
Boss Skills avoided
Damage Dealt to Break Points
Interrupts Inflicted
Ailments Inflicted
Aggro Held
Damage Taken
First Aids Given to Tean
Number of Times Died.

Toram would be a whole different story

Agree.. But like every other MMORPG.. Who did the most damage is the mvp..

 

Maybe..? But I guess it wasn't intented for that.. But we do care taking other ranks for the one single reason... Emblem quest..
This ranks are just like 1st 2nd 3rd 4rt place. Its obvious.. And who doesnt want 1st place? This is probably the reason why we ask /share ideas in this forum for stronger builds for our DW..To become strong.. Well Im thankful for those guys who did the homework..

 

not really. Other mmos who have raid system declares someone as mvp if they average highest from all categs. Or if you get to last hit.

 

Yeah.. I remember Ragnarok before last hit mvp. ELSWORD number of hits given MVP.

 

*other mmos" but toram isnt like that.. first of all dw doesnt really meant for burst dmg.. second.. having attacker rank doesnt mean ir the "best".. yeah u got attacker rank but if u do a team play u can kill much faster.. toram has proration.. spamming wont help u get attacker rank too..

 

I can both agree and concur about spam not helping to get attacker.

It depends on what you spam. And what the party set up is. I can spam a self-prorated combo, and take attacker 9 times out of 10 in most parties. Unless the party is purely physical, or has a fu in it (fuck every fu ever, including mine e.e). Then I have to switch combos. Every party can be full spam, tho, and kill fast. Just depends what the spam. Parties spamming prorated combos will most likely keep consistent damage :')
