so what? 255 INT makes it 1505.
for 3 years the meta players were preaching that any build that does not cap INT first is shit, and now you are telling me you don't have full INT?

Actually it is more like an event. For the whole week starting after maintenance, each account is given 10 resets for every char inside the account(if you have 9 chars, u get 90 resets) it is to be only used for the whole week ONLY. I still wish the give out stat reset too along with the dang obli bonanza.

Bet them new skill sets is just around the corner around 6-13 weeks time.(usually feels more like you have been screwed by asobimo but you can only blame yourself coz you stick your butt up and offer it on a silver platter.)

the free reset is compensation for the balance changes, not a bonus for new skills
and if you want it that badly, you can just reset your skills and not assign any skill points until the new skills come out.

 

I’m pretty sure that 1250 +int is a skill multiplier change not skill constant.

 

Man, it's apparent from this revamp that Suzuki knows nothing of his player base.
Revamping a skill like burst, which no one even uses?
Removing the knuckback for bosses is so redounded since bosses basically show most ailments and knock back the middle.

 

Well Suzuki P. has a 35k hp 2H with no STR, so I guess maybe he doesn't even know how to play Toram

Suzuki uses it
and knockbacking mobs, but not bosses, is just like Dragon Tail's tumble effect. a burst attack that overwhelms the weak ones.

 

Ah yes, let's look at burst. Assuming a new mage full INT has 2k matk and 0% magic pierce.

1) Assuming target has 200 MDF, 0% resistance.

[(2000-200)+300]*15=31500
[(2000-200)+500]*15=34500

Difference = +9%

2) Assuming target has 1k MDF, 0% resistance.

[(2000-1000)+300]*15=19500
[(2000-1000)+500]*15=22500

Difference = +14%


3) Assuming 2k MDF and 0% resistance.

[(0)+300]*15=4500
[(0)+500]*15=7500

Difference =+33%

In scenario (1) those are most normal mobs and normal/hard mode bosses. The damage isn't that high but enough for an occasional trash mob sweep.

Scenario (2) are some hard mode/nightmare mode bosses. The total skill damage is pitiful for the sheer amount of HP bosses have at those difficulties.

Scenario (3) are some nightmare and ultimate mode bosses. Your damage here means nothing but proration for the party due to the HP and your low damage. Alone, the best option is to run away, burst won't do anything.

The good news is that the skill is better against higher difficulty bosses objectively speaking... LMAO.

 

plot twist, this skill is not for player to kill bosses, but rather a skill P.Avatar will use to wipe out players in the next event. With everyone and their mother wearing adventurer garb these days, a Magic Burst from P.Avatar is pretty much an instant kill.
