Dual Sword Information and Photos

I am a level 55 1h swordie, full dex, mediocre gear, now wielding two swords. Here's what I see happening for myself:

Often times, my damage actually adds up to more than my standard hits. My criticals from a normal swing would be around 600ish, now I see numbers like 190-200-220-220 when using both swords. The pro definitely is gaining back mana twice as fast as before, but even though I have decent attack speed, using both swords gives you a slight delay, much like brawlers. Infact, I feel like I'm playing a sword using brawler. lol

I like it though. Had a few points I hadn't touched, so adding to agi for my offhand.

Am I strong? Not really, but I find it fun.

 

Have you guys tried unequipping every thing and put nonBD sword main, BD Sword Sub? It increases aspd and cspd fyi. I think it is related to dual sword mastery. My guildmate claims that he got +500aspd w/ the Bd sword sub while I only get half as much. The main difference between us is that i only have Dual Sword Mastery ar level5 and he has it level10. I will investigate further later. For now, i need sleep.

Hxjanaus this is so crazy!!! We would need to throw trigger slash in there guys. Since mp regen is apparently the way to go

Oh that explains part of it. Then I guess the cspd bump was from dex and agi? I might have to correct our findings. Welp too sleepy really. XD

 

You got that right!

 

It's because while in normal attack animation you can't use a skill, so it looks like there is a delay, but there isn't, you just have to time your skills between normal attacks or else you leave yourself open to counters.

 

after analyzing stuff, just wow.. lol

a class that can break and farm (same aoe area as with brawler's aoe, 100mp as well),
without any worry on mp regen, good thing they don't have any enemy - defense debuff

can tap and tap normal attack to do consecutive slashes,
better with timing, so once an enemy uses aoe, re-position,
do some spamming, then if it does another aoe, go for your
consecutive combo with interrupts.

the buff skill is a bit risky, haven't checked yet how much
percentage it reduces per level though.. but it's nice to
see if you can have an Evasion lock in place,
*swoosh*~ here and there, like a ninja.. xD

so, does Cross Parry increase it's buff duration and parry chance per level?
haven't encountered parry effect (it says pushback target when parried),
perhaps it can affect the effect of the Parry Passive skill from Knight Skill Tree? hmmm..

 

i have 2 bd equipped. i change to relic as sub, but aspd is still the same

 

I think 2 bd stacks because it increases atkspd, you may not notice it but the attack intervals arent the same as you equip sword without 500 atkspd. Correct me if im wrong, the pace of the damage 190-200-220-240 depends on the continious attack you make, use skills from time to time to increase damage of your next attack. A newbie here. just correct me if im wroong hehehe

 

so agi stat increases mainhand attack by 1 and offhand by 1, but when I add an agi I only get 1 attack stat, does this mean offhand stat is hidden? coz I should be getting 2 attack stat or does agi give only 0.5 attack per agi? which adds to 1 attack for both weapon.

@SirTruth Your HIT is too low at only 59. You will have lots if misses. Time to add more Dex.

 

Yea, i was just to excited to get 2k atk spd, ibwas gonna add dex nxt

 

im farming at bd earlier and most of my dmgs are 8-40-40-40 like seriously. atk of skills are low too.
well thats because im using full dex and im not yet resetting. pure dex is a no no

 

Everyone i know went full dex, it seems like Dw isnt a good "class" to go pure in.. I mean from what everyone else is saying

Godspeed seems to increase agi by 1 per level.

 

I noticed that dex gives 2 atk per stat str and agi gives 1 atk....
