How i can lvl up my smith prof fast ?

"Prof leveling :-
personal method(much faster) is after creating the char, cap it and put all the stats as tech, after that farm/buy mats for rapier sword, and keep on making those until you're prof hits a stable level, rapier sword is preffered because its mats are easier to farm for the high amount difficulty it is in comparison, once ur done with prof leveling, use reset book and restat ur blacksmith to the prefered stat."

 

My character is teq so i dont have to change it but ty for rapier information

Hello,
a friend and me are leveling our Blacksmiths. We have both lv 15 profiency, but he can create equiptment with difficulty 20 and 25 and gets a lot of profiency.
I can just create equipemtn with difficulty 15 (adventurers garb) and just get 1%-3% profiency. I have no idea why. I used this guide and set following skillpoints: Refine 9, Novices Anvil 10, Create 10, Careful Creation 10, Customize 10, Process 1

Can someone tell me why I cannot create higher equipment and why I just get 1%-3% profiency exp?
