Why there are no Tanks oO

Yes it scales with max hp, tested at 2.5k, 4k, 7khp.

 

Does the chunk heal also scale with Skill Level?

 

bks correct the lvl 1-10 determines the activation speed

 

lvl 1 regen needs 2-3 secs to kick in at lvl 10 f.high it kicks in 1-1.05 secs
the heal amount is based on the current vit lvl not HP lvl aka vit- HP say 6khp meaning HP regen ticks 300-400
also note when a HP crit atck hits it can also cut the DMG received due to the natural healing ability.
think of it like wolverines talent.
these 3 things are now you best ally in battle.
no)1 poison will make HP tick faster on regen
on) 2 get tumbled the longer your flawed the more HP you regen.
on)3 crits received take up to-20% less DMG depending on lvl.
on note no)2 combine this with a skill when tumbled on skill tree for half DMG bonus received I won't mention which skill but you'll figure it out.

I got FH at lv5, and I'm lv76 atm. Not sure if I should max it or use those points to max Sober Analysis. (Offtopic: I recently got maxed Aegis for Mezza, but kinda regretting it. Maybe I should reset)

 

FH on low HP char is rather ineffective against stronger bosses as ur regen won't catch up. Except u have BK's HP amount..
