how could i let go of my tank... made me a millionaire with gs farm
even thou im the last (staff wielding tank..hope not) in toram, ill still hold on to this tank.

you say a waste yet mini heal is base on your vit... thus why a vit based tank with 10k HP heals 1000+ vs a non vit tank with a smaller 550+ish heal.and as I've proven many times no luck in my builds

The game is quite forgiving, making a "Tank" unnecessary. You still can fit one anywhere depending on how you choose to build though. You might want to get damage resistance items, not so much defense items.

@firefox invest in -aggro items. Spy Talis won't shave too much damage and will save a few headaches. Custom -aggro arm/wpn should work.

 

Ironically,the best tanks are potentially brawlers.At least they can keep bosses locked down,whereas sword tanks seem to be sponges.However a brawler like that is almost non-existent.With %hp shread,Asobimo hating brawlers on everything,and dps being just too good and gamebreaking infinite snipe,tanks are obsolete in toram.Most of the "tanks" in my party seem to be a burden.

 

Hi Ninchen, I would recommend you the sneak skill at Shot Skill.
It reduces aggro generated by skills or attacks after casting it.
If you are using spam snipe build, a normal tank with provoke might not hold the aggro.
Try allocate the sneak in your combo so u can spam while not getting aggro.

For Example:
Moeba > Sneak (save) > Impact (consec) > Snipe (Smite) > *Anything with consec*
Moeba > Impact (save) > Snipe (smite) > Sneak (consec)*
*In case you put sneak after snipe, cast sneak once before using combo.

 

Largely unnecessary, because we're level 70-80 up against level 40-60 monsters, not obsolete

I understand, you dislike DPS classes because they kill things faster, and you dislike non DPS classes because they're not DPS classes, but please, please, don't turn this into some crazy drama rant about asomibo and the game's balancing issues. I think we've had enough of those already...

we tanks have some sentiments on why we are not much needed nowadays. but eventually our stars will shine again. but for now will just have to be the shadow to those light who shines now. ~ now where did i saw this phrase again hahaha
