Worst class in Toram

What is the worst class in this game? The Weapon or skilll that is simply not worth your time. The class you must avoid unless you are a high level pro who spent 9000 dollar in this game.

Everyone who play MMO for couple of years know that all games have their own black sheep. People who complain about how a certain class is completely useless in party. How they always beg and plea the devs to buff their class. Only for it to fall onto deaf ear. So, tell me what is the worst class in Toram Online right now?

 

Magic Blade (1h + MD type)

It's just mediocre all around.

Eh usually I would agree but I feel as though the definition lies with the dps output I assume? Even in terms of DPS, knuckles aren't even the worst, however in overall battle performance, knuckles are really good. I often get parties that are confused that I'm a knuckle user but then I get compliments on how, I'm able to stop the really cheap shark fin aoe on King Piton, stun/tumble/flinch lock bosses like Ifrid and Maton Sword, and actually deal damage on bosses that have high defense. Plus there are beginning to be more and more bosses where breaking and debuffing is a must, like Golden Iconos, Maton Sword, Zega. I would definitely agree that knuckles are nowhere near o.p and need a heavy strength buff, but they're not the worst either. Most classes cant benefit from naturally high speed to not die during combo, or the ability to do follow-up combos when the enemy is Feared. They're def the best prorators as the auto atk animation is simple and quick. Lastly they have the highest base stability which is a must in Toram. These are just my thoughts before anyone goes around saying they're the worst in general, they're not, just not proficient in DPS.

 

I agree knuckles not the worse. Just depends on if your going heavy dps or more interested in stumbling the boss for openings. Sometimes drops depend on if the boss has been broken or stumbled as well. So they have their place.

 

Let me make this clear

There is no "class system" here in Toram, everything comes with as Morpheous always said: a choice



3 of my main characters skill trees are as random as shit but they get the job done........ its more of a role at the end of the say, no role sucks completely

But if you really want to ask who really suck......... take a goooooood look in the mirror, yes......
The one who suck is you.... and me...... and everyone who has their first dip on this game, who just put every skill as they please.... knowing it would suck like hell when reached level 50 and above........ then we create a new character PROPERLY... then the sucking stops

Toram Online is a class free mmorpg.

¤Knux Builds do really need and deserved a boost.
¤Crossbow needs a little more range.
¤MD users also needs some love.
¤Hunter skill tree needs a little twitching.
¤Halb skill DT needs a twitch too.

 

On a serious note: I do hope the development team of TORAM would let players pick weapon AS THE BATTLE IS ONGOING... cause right now, weapons and gears are stuck on us all during battle

If they make a change like that, I would create another class, like the "freelancer" class of final fantasy (I think), where he/she is capable of each weapon skill tree and changes weapon and style when situation demands it. He/She may not be able to exert to his/her full potential but its not the how big/strong/agile/etc it is but how one uses it.

 

Don't forget the darkness skill tree, it needs some love also

 

Rather than class. Do you mean the worst main weapon with the worst optimal options? Or are you referring to less desirable skill trees?

 

Both. I mostly want to know about main weapons.

 

If weapons you say... then nothing sucks

Each has their own strengths and weaknesses, its up to you and your prefered playstyle

Na, I can work it out with MD, especially for mobs. It won't be easy spina without it

 

As I dont think there is a "useless class" there are how ever poorly made characters or poor choices (more freedom means more failure as I say). I even have my tank merc barehand for the graze rate for ult bosses xD.

Buuttttt, if I had to sayyyyyy.
-1h with basically any sub option not fu or shield (or another sword -.-)
-arrow + (nearly) everything
-pure support without minstral/dancer
-obvi barehand
Everything in all honesty can do SOMETHING it's just how much they do.

 

Thats practical the only time md ever gets used is for farming

 

Woah woah woah

Hold your horses on pure support, first of all I have no clue on how effective minstrels are or how interval works... and with the dynamics of monsters / bosses, keeping the effective while fully supporting your team is hard as it is. Dancer skills are useless on staff support users.

Unless TORAM would improve it or someone explains how interval works... its 50/50 for me


But pure support even w/o minstrel is a force to be reckon with which is underappreciated

 

It's more so my personal experiences

As a support you rely on your party 100% and the most usefull buffs being brave aura and mp recharge and you can get brave from your archer(and also super helpful armor break) and I like to run recovery on my tank which is also one of their other few usefull skills.

I NEVER EVER liked having to rely on terrible int players who are most of the time either terrible dps/terrible tanks or have no idea what they are doing
